With decades of experience and an impressive list of world-level accolades, Irina has helped shape modern grooming through her competition wins, mentorship, and fearless approach to the craft. Respected, captivating, and unapologetically skilled, she continues to inspire groomers worldwide both in and out of the ring.

Anne is an Andis Ambassador, Master Groomer, and proud member of Groom Team USA. A recipient of the Cardinal Crystal Award for Journalism, she is widely recognized for her impact on creative grooming and storytelling within the industry. Known for setting the tone for the next generation of groomers, Anne champions the joy, imagination, and artistic freedom that make this career so special—reminding us all that grooming is not just a skill, but a creative outlet meant to be enjoyed

Lis Johnston is a nationally certified Master Groomer and salon owner with over 15 years in professional grooming, recognized for her standout competition work—most notably with her Black Russian Terrier. With an additional 20 years of experience showing dogs, Lis brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective that blends technical precision, breed knowledge, and ring presence. Now stepping into teaching, she is beginning to share this depth of experience to educate and inspire the next generation of groomers.

Marcia is a UKAL Ambassador, Groom Team Canada member, and true trailblazer in the grooming industry. Known for carving her own path and unapologetically stepping outside the box, Marcia has helped open doors for a new generation of groomers to follow. With talent, grit, and a sharp sense of humor, she brings the same fearless energy to the ring as she does online—where you’ll find her on social media and TikTok reminding the world that she likes dogs more than you.

Having studied under some of the most respected names in the craft and graduating from Jersey Shore Grooming Academy in 2000, Jayne blends deep technical knowledge with a sharp, punchy sense of humour. Known for her engaging teaching style, she is now expanding her reach through social media and podcasting—educating, entertaining, and keeping grooming real.
